Daniel Miller President

Daniel is the older son of founder Gordon Miller and is now president of the company. Daniel graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and upon graduation, worked with companies in the Detroit MI and Greensboro NC as a project manager and materials planner to improve operations and lower costs. After four years, he was lured into the family real estate business, and it turned out to be a perfect fit: he earned rookie performer of the year! In his free time, Daniel loves to watch and talk the Duke Blue Devils, Durham Bulls, and Carolina Hurricanes, spend time with friends and family, and mentor younger brother Justin. Daniel looks forward to contributing the next chapter of Miller Lending and helping customers fulfill their homeownership dreams!

Austin grew up in Cary, North Carolina, where he was all-state in football and soccer. Austin received a full-ride scholarship to NC State for football. Post-graduation, he transitioned from sports to finance, entering into the mortgage business. He prioritizes strong leadership, technical understanding, and customer-focused solutions in his approach to the mortgage game. Austin's guiding principle is simple but impactful: do right, and the profits will follow. Leveraging his leadership skills and technological expertise, he oversees the day to day sales and operations at Miller Lending while also working directly with our customers as a licensed loan originator.

The OG No Cost Mortgage Guy
For 30 years in North Carolina his voice has been on AM and FM radio simplifying the complexities of mortgage finance in a way that has benefited tens of thousands of customers. He was the first mortgage lender to offer the No Closing Cost loan which has been the foundational product for Miller Lending over all these years.
You’ve also seen his face in the stands at Carolina Hurricanes, Duke Basketball, Durham Bulls, NC State and UNC Football and on the sidelines coaching youth soccer.
Fun fact. Who was the last starting pitcher in the Durham Bulls stadium before it was transformed into a AAA stadium? Gordon Miller in 1997 pitched 7 innings in the Roy Hobbs league.

Danny Davis . NC Branch Mgr. Sr. Loan Officer
Danny grew up in Manteo, NC, where he was all-state in football, basketball, and track and field. Danny received a full-ride scholarship to the University of North Carolina for football, winning three bowl games for UNC. He graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. Danny always considered himself a numbers guy, which led him to the mortgage industry in 2003. Seven years later, he decided to join Miller Lending, and the rest is history! Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and being a girl dad to his two daughters (3 and 6). Danny is now well-versed with everything Taylor Swift and Jojo Siwa. Danny is committed to giving borrowers exemplary service and always prioritizing their interests!

Brian was a standout water polo Hole-set for Michigan State University. He applies that same work ethic day to day at Miller Lending overseeing the company active loan files. Brian is a tremendous team member and we’re blessed to have him!

Kodaah Hansen Loan Officer
Kodaah grew up a competitive gymnast, leading him to an early career as a gymnastics instructor.
Kodaah made the transition to mortgage seeking to find a way to fund his future endeavors. While being a gymnastics coach is his passion, it is not very lucrative. His aspirations include owning a gymnastics gym. creating a tiny home community for college students, and opening an animal rescue. All these endeavors require a significant amount of upfront capital. And he wants to be able to afford to pursue ALL the things.
Kodaah works in the mortgage business to help people like himself—people who didn't have a lot of opportunities starting out but want to get the best out of their lives. He aims to assist individuals who have worked their entire lives to reach where they are and desire to have something they can call their own. His goal is to educate not only his friends and family but also those who place their trust in him, guiding them through one of the biggest life decisions they will make. By the time you reach closing, you’ll consider him a friend and you’ll know you can call on him for assistance in any way he can provide. -

With a background in Cleveland sports and experience as a college athlete, John Toth has parlayed his passion for teamwork and strategy into a successful career in the mortgage industry. After coaching and teaching, John now applies those same skills to help homeowners and homebuyers achieve their financial goals. As a dedicated team player, he collaborates with financial planners, realtors, and other key professionals, ensuring his clients have all the support they need in their homeownership journey. Rob Johnson Loan Officer
Rob grew up in Southwest Florida and moved to the triangle area in 1986. Living in Chapel Hill and NC for 38 years, he has truly become a Tar Heel and enjoys cheering for the Heels and living in a University Town. A graduate of Stetson University, Rob received his BBA in Marketing and Management. With over 35 years in the mortgage industry, Rob has worked for several different major banks and mortgage companies in the past but enjoys working on a team as a Broker at Miller Lending. Rob’s passion is truly guiding his clients to the best possible choice and makes his clients truly friends. Rob lives with his wife and they have 3 adult children. Justin MIller Loan Officer Assistant
Justin is the younger son of founder Gordon Miller and now works in the loan department. Justin graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Economics. He interned as a finance associate with several firms before making the move to Miller Lending. With a head for numbers, Justin focuses on problem-solving for clients, bringing clarity to issues like declared income and assets. He also has a great interest in online marketing to help younger clients who want to own a home.

Glenn Astolfi Advisor
Glenn's most recent job was as the CEO/President of Atmospheric Plasma Solutions, Inc., (APS) a company located in Cary, North Carolina. The innovative hi-tech company manufactures products using the science and technology of atmospheric plasma. In 2022, he stepped down and now continues to serve the company as a senior advisor. Prior to joining APS, Glenn led a staff of 153 people as CEO/President of Gateway Bank Mortgage (subsidiary of XBKS formerly HMPR). Prior to being sold this mortgage bank was a residential home lender operating in seven states with origination volume in excess of $1 Billion annually. Earlier he held executive positions in the online, travel and retail industries, including but not limited to start-up team member and Senior Executive of Barnes and Noble Superstores, Travelocity.com, and founder and Chief Operating Officer of TravelFest Superstores. Glenn received a BS in Finance from Florida State University, magna cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
For the last 26 year’s Glenn has been an Apex, NC resident. He is married and has three adult children all married and living in Raleigh, NC. Has he told you about this granddaughter?
